1. How do I create a return request?

To initiate a return, go to My Account > Orders > Return
You can return your product(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order. For more information read our Return Policy.

2. How do I cancel the order?

You can cancel your order by dropping us a message on WhatsApp with your order details. To cancel your order, you must contact us before your order is shipped for delivery, which depending upon the seller, will be shipped between 1-3 business days.
Please note that if you place a cancel request for your order after it is shipped for delivery, then your order will be delivered at the given address and you will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs.50. For more information, please read our Cancellation Policy.

3. I have created a return request. When will I get the refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Why is Gepsi not delivering in my area?

We are a young company and have yet to expand our services. We are starting small, delivering to a limited area. With your increased support we are sure we will expand our services to all the major parts of the country in no time.
